Today is MedComms Day!
MedComms Day 2023 is special for us because this year marks the 20th anniversary of Marielle Romet taking over as the head of Santé Active Edition, parent company of the Santé Active Edition – Synergy Pharm group, specializing in medical and scientific writing.
The Santé Active Edition – Synergy Pharm group
Our group was formed through the merging of Santé Active Edition and Synergy Pharm.
- Santé Active Edition, created in 1998 by Dr. François ELKIK, focuses on writing medical-scientific documents for researchers and health professionals (articles for international peer-reviewed journals, abstracts, slideshows and posters, scientific congress and symposium proceedings, product brochures, etc.), or for the general public (content for patient websites, sketchnotes, brochures, books, etc.).
- Synergy Pharm, created more than 30 years ago by Dr. Jean DELAHAYES and taken over in 2009, specializes in the drafting of medical and clinical regulatory documentation for health authorities, including documents related to clinical studies, applications for drug marketing authorization, and medical devices, i.e., Investigational Medicine Product Dossiers (IMPDs), investigator brochures, clinical study protocols, clinical study reports (CSRs), Common Technical Documents (CTDs), etc.
Synergy Pharm is a member of France Biotech, and has obtained the Research Tax Credit (“Crédit Impôt Recherche”; CIR) accreditation in France as a service provider performing research and development (R&D) work on behalf of clients eligible for the CIR.
Our team and our know-how in medical and scientific writing
Each medical writer of our team is a Doctor of Science, bilingual French/English, and has specialized in medical and scientific writing for at least eight years after previously working in research laboratories in France and abroad.
